Working for the catering manager, you will be responsible for the production and service of freshly cooked meals for residents with varying dietary and dysphasia needs. Coordinating and communicating with a small team to ensure all meals, baking and veg prep is done in accordance with FSA guidelines and all cleaning tasks are carried out, ordering from our nominated suppliers, an input into the seasonal menu, and the day to day running of the kitchen. Flexibility is important within the small team to help cover holidays, 36 hours per week, alternate weekends and an enhanced overtime rate. A DBS check will be required. Applicants will need to be double vaccinated
