We are looking for a talented Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
We are looking for a team member who will work predominantly Friday and Saturdays 11-3pm but who is available to be flexible on busier days and available during the summer months working extra days and hours particularly during weddings and events.
A driving licence is essential to be able to deliver our floral designs to clients.
Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect arrangement for their needs
- Sell flowers and other merchandise to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Stock and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in floral design or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
