Location: Remote/Hybrid – based remotely with the need to travel around England with flexibility to work from home or in an AoC office

Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Type of Contract: Permanent

Salary: London: Salary: London: £19,200 - £20,000; Regional: £17,600 - £18,400 (pro rata) (FTE Salary London £24-25,000; Regional £22-23,000)

We have an exciting opportunity to join AoC as Projects Administrator

We are looking for a proactive Project Administrator to join the Projects team to provide high quality, hands-on and efficient support to a team of busy project managers.

As a Project Administrator you will work independently across a wide range of projects, providing support to ensure KPIs are met and risks are managed as well as accurate reporting at all times.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a similar capacity and will thrive on working on complex programmes within a busy team environment, even while working remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of the further education sector coupled with excellent time management and a positive, collaborative approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and will use their excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriately with people at all levels.

Some travel will be expected to attend meetings either in London or at college locations across England, which may include overnight stays.
